Food Exhibitor Information
Space Size & Layout
Each food vendor space is 10ft x 10ft
Vendors may arrange their setup as they see fit, provided they remain within their assigned space. Encroachment into neighboring spaces or walkways is strictly prohibited.
Each area includes:
- One 10ft x 10ft outdoor vendor space
- Two weekend food vendor passes
Exhibitor Prices
- Early Bird: $500 (paid in full by March 31, 2026)
- Regular: $600 (paid in full by July 31, 2026)
- Final Release: $700 (paid in full by August 15, 2026)
Menu Submission (Mandatory)

- Official AnimeKon promotions
- Food vendor listings
Vendors must email a copy of their menu to info@animekonexpo.com
Menu Submission Deadline: August 1, 2026
Menus submitted after this date may not be included.
Food Safety & Compliance
All food vendors must:
- Comply with local health and food safety regulations
- Possess all required permits and licenses
- Maintain a clean and safe booth at all times
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund
Food vendor spaces are provided as bare-bones outdoor plots.
Vendors are fully responsible for supplying ALL of the following:
- Tent or covering (if required)
- Tables, chairs, and display equipment
- Cooking equipment
- Power and lighting
- Food safety and sanitation supplies
- Branding and signage
- Weather protection and weights
AnimeKon does not provide cooking equipment, tents, or furnishings.

Rules & Important reminders
- Only one business is permitted per food vendor space
- Sharing or subletting spaces is strictly prohibited
- Vendors must remain within their assigned 10ft x 10ft footprint
- AnimeKon reserves the right to adjust placement for safety, access and logistics
Refund Policy
Things happen. If you and your organization are no longer able to participate, please send an email to exhibitor@animekonexpo.com.

No refund issued after July 1, 2026

AnimeKon Expo historically reaches 990%+ booking shortly after vendor launch
AnimeKon is going DIGITAL!
Many of our patrons:
- No longer carry cash
- Run out of cash
- Carry large bills – This can readily deplete your float
As a result, as there are no ATMs on site, sales may be delayed or lost altogether.
To rectify this, Team AnimeKon has partnered with payment provider Payce (Cave Shepherd) to facilitate digital Business to Customer (B-2-C) and Business to Business (B-2-B) transactions.
Team AnimeKon will launch a marketing campaign to encourage all patrons (over the age of 18) to sign up in order to utilize the digital process.
Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to make use of the new platform by signing up here.
Exhibitors who sign up and utilize the facility will receive a $25 refund on their Exhibitor’s Fee. This refund will be facilitated no later than September 30, 2023.
