Single Table (Code T)
This Area is approximately 8ft x 6ft and comes with:
- One six-foot table
- Two chairs
- One waste paper basket
- Two weekend passes
Electricity
Electricity is not included by default
Electricity access fee: $50
Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords and power strips
Single Table – Ground Floor Prices
- Early Bird: $550 (paid in full by March 31, 2026)
- Regular: $650 (paid in full by July 31, 2026)
- Sudden Death: $750 (paid in full by August 15, 2026)
Single Table – First Floor Prices
- Early Bird: $500 (paid in full by March 31, 2026)
- Regular: $550 (paid in full by July 31, 2026)
- Sudden Death: $600 (paid in full by August 15, 2026)
Medium Exhibitor Booth (Code: E)
This Area is approximately 8ft x 8ft and comes with:
- One six-foot tables
- Two chairs
- One waste paper basket
- Electricity
- Five weekend passes
Medium Exhibitor booth Prices
- Early Bird: $800 (paid in full by May 25, 2025)
- Regular: $900 (paid in full by July 27, 2025)
- Sudden Death: $1,000 (paid in full by August 15, 2025)
Large Exhibitor Booth (Codes: S2 – S13)
This zone varies in size, please see map for layout; and comes with:
- Larger exhibition footprint
- Pass allocation varies by booth size

Whether this is your first time with us or you are an AnimeKon veteran, welcome aboard!
Over our past thirteen events, your organizations and teams have been the backbone to the success of our endeavors. AnimeKon could never have been a success without you. This year AnimeKon boasts a proud, new venue; an amazing set up; and increased chance for B-2-B and B-2-C opportunities.
We can’t wait to see you all!


Rules & Important Information
Rules
Only one business is allowed per exhibition space
Sharing of tables and booths is strictly prohibited
Any exhibitor found sharing a space may be removed from the event without refund
Important Information
AnimeKon is historically over 90% booked a week after Exhibitor Launch. Early submission is strongly encouraged.
A site visit will be arranged in August, with the final date to be communicated via email and the Whatsapp group closer to the event.
Booth Set Up dates and Times will be announced in August.
Reminder: All Star Pass Holders will have exclusive shopping privileges one hour before other attendees.
Exhibitors must complete setup by 11am on Saturday, August 30th. No refunds will be provided for exhibitors arriving after this time to set up their tables.
Removal of set up
At the closing of the event, the dismantling and removing of each setup must be completed before 10pm for the offician AnimeKon Expo After Party
Refund Policy
Things happen. If you and your organization are no longer able to participate, please send an email to exhibitor@animekonexpo.com.
Refund Deadline: June 30, 2026
Up to 50% refund before this date.
No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026
