Exhibitor Information

Ground Floor Exhibitors

  • Eight (8) ft. x Six (6) ft. Plots

Exhibitor Prices

Early Bird Exhibitor Registration is between April 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025.

The per unit Early Bird Table Prices are as follows:

  • Electricity Access (no power): $500 BBD
  • Electricity Access (power): $550 BBD
  • Extra IDs: $10 Each
  • Extra Chairs: $5 Each
  • Extra Staff Members: $55 Each

Regular Exhibitor Registration is between May 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025.

The per unit Regular Table Prices are as follows:

  • Electricity Access (no power): $600 BBD
  • Electricity Access (no power): $650 BBD
  • Extra IDs: $`0 Each
  • Extra Chairs: $5 Each
  • Extra Staff Members: $55 Each

Sudden Death Exhibitor Registration is between August 1, 2025 and August 24, 2025.

The per unit Sudden Death Table Prices are as follows:

  • Electricity Access (no power): $700 BBD
  • Electricity Access (no power): $750 BBD
  • Extra IDs: $20 Each
  • Extra Chairs: $5 Each
  • Extra Staff Members: $55 Each

Marketing Support $100

This advanced support will give Early Bird and Regular exhibitors “Featured Exhibitor Status” allowing them to have the following perks:

  • Two Boosted ads valued at approximately $20 BDS on the AnimeKon Social Media Page.
  • One Feature on the AnimeKon Website. This feature will be no more than 150 words.
  • One Online QR Code
  • Prestige Master of Ceremonies Support: Catered messages during AnimeKon by the MCs

Food Concessionaire Prices

Early Bird Food Concessionaire Registration is between April 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025.

  • $500 BBD

Regular Food Concessionaire Registration is between May 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025.

  • $600 BBD

Sudden Death Food Concessionaire Registration is between August 1, 2025 and August 25, 2024.

  • $750 BBD

Attention Food Vendors!

To enhance the AnimeKon experience, food vendors are asked to email their menus so they can:

  • Be included in the All-Star bundles.
  • Be shared with exhibitors, allowing them to pre-order and avoid leaving the convention floor

Menu Requirements:

  • Ensure menus are properly formatted and visually appealing for presentation to exhibitors and promotion on our social media pages.
  • Menus must be sized at 1080×1350 pixels for optimal display.
  • 📩 Email your menus and images ASAP to be featured!

Payment Schedule 

EARLY BIRD

  • Full Payment Due April 27th

REGULAR

  • May 25th 2025
  • June 29th 2025
  • July 27th 2025

SUDDEN DEATH

  • Full Payment Due August 24th

Payments must be paid in full at Brownes Beach 246, Bay Street, St. Michael between 5pm and 9pm

Important Information

A site visit will be arranged in August, with the final date to be communicated via email and the Whatsapp group closer to the event.
Booth Set Up dates and Times will be announced in August.

Reminder: All Star Pass Holders will have exclusive shopping privileges one hour before other attendees.
Exhibitors must complete setup by 11am on Saturday, August 30th. No refunds will be provided for exhibitors arriving after this time to set up their tables.

Removal of set up
At the closing of the event, the dismantling and removing of each setup must be completed before 10pm for the after party Terranautica Nights.

Refund Policy

Things happen. If you and your organization are no longer able to participate, please send an email to exhibitor@animekonexpo.com no later than July 31, 2025. No refunds will be processed after this date.
