Single Table (Code T)

This Area is approximately 8ft x 6ft and comes with:

• One six-foot table
• Two chairs
• One waste paper basket
• Two weekend passes

Electricity

Electricity is not included by default

Electricity access fee: $50

Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords and power strips

Single Table – Ground Floor Prices

• Early Bird: $550 (paid in full by March 31, 2026)
• Regular: $650 (paid in full by July 31, 2026)
• Sudden Death: $750 (paid in full by August 15, 2026)

Single Table – First Floor Prices

• Early Bird: $500 (paid in full by March 31, 2026)

• Regular: $550  (paid in full by July 31, 2026)

• Sudden Death: $600 (paid in full by August 15, 2026)

Medium Exhibitor Booth (Code: E)

This Area is approximately 8ft x 8ft and comes with:

• One six-foot tables
• Two chairs
• One waste paper basket
• Electricity
• Five weekend passes

Medium Exhibitor booth Prices

• Early Bird: $800 (paid in full by May 25, 2025)
• Regular: $900 (paid in full by July 27, 2025)
• Sudden Death: $1,000 (paid in full by August 15, 2025)

Large Exhibitor Booth (Codes: S2 – S13)

This zone varies in size, please see map for layout; and comes with:

• Larger exhibition footprint
• Pass allocation varies by booth size
