Calling All Aspiring Panelists!

AnimeKon Expo 2026 is fast approaching — and we’re now accepting content submissions!

Whether you want to lead a dynamic panel, host an immersive workshop, or bring a unique performance or activation to life, this is your chance to be part of the Kon experience. From cosplay duos and game developers to spoken word artists and cultural creatives — we welcome submissions that align with the AnimeKon vibe.

To Apply:

All prospective participants must complete the official submission form.
If you’re submitting multiple ideas, please complete a separate form for each (up to two).
Only your most recent two (2) submissions will be considered.

Evaluation & Review

Submissions will be reviewed by the AnimeKon team on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note:

  • Submission does not guarantee acceptance
  • Past participation does not guarantee a spot this year
  • Selected applicants will be contacted directly regarding next steps

Important Deadlines

  • Submissions Open: January 1st, 2026
  • Submission Deadline: May 31st, 2026 (11:59 PM AST)

Timeline

NOTE: Dates are subject to change at the discretion of the AnimeKon Expo team.

  • June 5th, 2026: Applicants will be notified of their status
  • June 30th, 2026: Accepted applicants will receive room assignments and may submit co-host details (room placements may shift based on scheduling needs)
  • August 2026: Final AnimeKon Content Creator Pack sent out with key details, venue info, and participation guidelines
